We will have to share your shipping address(es) with our shipper, and your credit card information with our credit card provider. Other than that, the information that you provide to us will never be shared with anyone.

Shipping

Orders will be sent via US Postal Media Shipping within 72 hours of receipt, excluding weekends and holidays. Because temperatures vary across the country, we may choose to not ship over the weekend in order to ensure premium quality upon arrival. For this reason, we cannot guarantee Monday deliveries during the summer.

Refund Policy

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with our products, simply return them to us for a prompt and courteous replacement, exchange or refund.

Products must be returned to us within 10 days of the date the order was shipped.
